Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delayed approval or cancellation of your account.

4.Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products
• Substitute packaging
• Cancel orders
• Refuse service

5.Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or modify orders affected by incorrect pricing.

6.Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders become binding only after payment has been authorized and the order has been accepted by Falah Distribution. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

7.Payment

Accepted payment methods may include:

• ACH transfers
• Wire transfers

Orders remain the property of Falah Distribution until payment has been received in full.

8.Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9.Inspection of shipments

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this period may result in denial of a claim.

10.Returns

Returns require prior authorization from Falah Distribution. Products returned without authorization may be refused.
