Most SKUs ship at case quantity with a low per-order minimum. Your minimum order value and any per-brand case minimums are shown in your cart once your wholesale account is approved.
Pricing improves as you scale — case, half-pallet and pallet breaks are applied automatically in your cart. Larger or recurring orders may qualify for custom pricing through your account rep.
Yes. Open My Orders in your account, pick a previous order and hit Reorder to drop the same items and quantities straight back into your cart.
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day from the nearest of our four regional hubs. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Ground shipping is free on qualifying orders above your account's free-shipping threshold. LTL/pallet shipping and expedited services are quoted separately.
Most parcel deliveries don't require a signature. Pallet shipments and high-value orders may need an adult signature — your rep flags these in advance.
Start a return from My Orders within the return window, or contact your rep. We'll issue an RMA and a prepaid label for eligible items.
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or credit right away.
Approved accounts can apply for Net-30 terms. Once approved, invoices are due 30 days from the ship date, and your credit limit and balance stay visible in your account.
We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and — for approved accounts — Net-30 invoicing.
Choose Log in → Apply, submit your business license and reseller details, and our team verifies most accounts within one business day.
Yes. Add extra store locations and shipping addresses from your account settings, or ask your rep to link them for consolidated billing.
Every product is sourced directly from verified brands and authorized distributors — no gray-market goods. Authenticity is guaranteed.
Certificates of Analysis are available on request for applicable products. Ask your rep or contact support with the SKU and batch number.
